Definitely the worst tour we had while in Yucatan Peninsula! The 4-hour drive from Playa del Carmen to Bacalar is not worth the journey. The lagoon has blue transparent waters but the activities within the excursion were lame, you basically go there for Instagram pictures. Would have loved more outdoors activities and visits. The explanations given by the guides were scarce. The guides put very loud music on the way back, and played MarioKart on their tablet with loud sound on, which was very disrespectful for the passengers. Bad experience all the way!
