If you're planning a trip to Playa del Carmen and require transportation from the airport, our private transfer service is here to help. We offer transportation to various destinations including Ferry, Maroma, Puerto Aventuras, and Cancun Hotel-Playa del Carmen.
Our service is private and safe, perfect for solo travelers, couples, and groups. Even if your hotel or Airbnb is not on our list, you can still let us know your destination while making your reservation and we'll take care of the rest.
Before booking, please keep in mind that our pricing is per van, not per person. This means that each person cannot have an individual van. Additionally, it's important to select the correct destination when making the reservation. If the selected service does not match, the difference must be paid to adjust it to the correct amount.
For arrivals with multiple flights, we do not offer pickups at different terminals unless an additional fee of 15 USD is paid. Lastly, for transfers and departures, we allow a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes. After that time, it will be considered a "no show".

The service provided by this transportation was impeccable. They kept in touch at all times. I had to add two people to my reservation at the last minute and they were very accommodating. When I asked to be picked up from the resort an hour earlier they agreed without hesitation. The driver even showed up 10 minutes early and we got to and from the airport on time. This service was amazing and I would gladly use them again should I ever return to Mexico.

Basically just got a ride from the airport to our accommodations and back to the airport. Decent service professional drivers. Paid a little extra for the stop we made to the grocery store. All in all a good service. There was a bit of confusion about our trip but we got it straightened out without too much hassle.

Our flight was delayed for 3 hours. When we arrived there, Omar, our driver, waited us patiently outside in the heat holding my name. He was friendly and helpful. Van was clean and air conditioned. Communication was good via what's app and text messages. Would use again if needed.

Fernando was great! Contacted me as soon as plane landed to let me know where he would be. Waited while we got thru customs and baggage claim. Got us to resort without any problems. Highly recommend!

Amazing company- they communicated clearly where the pick up point will be with very helpful images too in addition to the description of the meeting point. They needed to wait for me an extra hour as immigration was done slowly but they haven’t made a problem from it. HIGHLY recommended services to book! Many thanks 😊

A+ Service with a smile
As a female traveler I was hesitant to travel for the first time to Mexico alone. I’m so glad I did it and I’m beyond grateful I found Gypso Travel. Elina, the admin was always courteous, professional and communicative. The drivers, Freddy and Chinito were both amazing.
I not only purchase a transfer from Cancun airport to Playa with them but also a full day excursion from Playa to Tulum, which they were able to customize to my needs.
They made me feel safe at all times, they were punctual, and their prices are very reasonable.
I will be back to Mexico soon and won’t think about it twice to hire them again and again.
