Silvia, our tour guide, was amazing. We were late at the meeting point. Then we could’t enter the park alone, but she was so kind, came and looked for us and we entered the park together. My son said to me: “Mami, it shows how she loves Barcelona. Because she always says “my city”. Thank you, Silvia, for showing us a piece of your beautiful city 😊.

The tour to Park Guell was beautiful and interesting and thanks to our guide Silvia who was very kind and knowledgeable we were able to discover many interesting things about the park. Even though we are Italian and the guide was in English and Spanish we still managed to understand everything thanks to our guide who was really very good

We did a group guided tour of the Park Güell. Our guide’s name was Clara, she did the whole tour in english and spanish, which was great as we are a bilingual couple. Carla was extremely well informed and provided us with interesting and fun facts about the city and its most famous architect. We would happily recommend anyone interested in culture and history to take the same tour and guide!

Clara gave us a great informative tour around Park Güell! She was able to give the tour both in English and Spanish to accommodate everyone on the tour. She was very fun and open to questions.

Really surprised a high-profile company like Trip Advisor would endorse a company like Amigo Tours...
Very disappointed with this booking and should have paid heed to the previous 2 reviews, all equally disappointed with the services received, or the lack of it from Amigo Tours. As highlighted before, their tickets confirm Amigo Tours will contact you to confirm a meet time. Tickets booked on 7th June, for a private guided tour of Park Guell. I flew to Barcelona on 11th June. Notices one missed call from Madrid +34 915 464 333 when I landed. Phone registered call in mid-flight between Pyrenees and Barcelona. I called this number back 3 times during 11th June, no answer, then twice again on Wednesday 12th June. It was not until I sent an email to the contact on the ticket on 12th June after receiving no responses to my calls, did someone respond on 13th June, only to confirm they had cancelled my booking and refunded my payment as they could not contact me.
Not happy as we could not purchase tickets for the park anymore for the 13th June as sold out and returned home on 14th June. You also have to bear in mind smart phones log all calls missed, whether the phone is switched on or off, so to say they called several times, when they only attempted once to call is simply a big lie.
I also mentioned this to the reception desk at our hotel and they confirmed they have had other guests who had problems with Amigo Tours in the past, so would not use them.
Would never book Amigo Tours again, and suggest other people save their time and money and do the same.

I booked a tour guide with Headout in Park Guell. Their partner Amigo Tours sent a voucher with only name, date and time written in it. No clear location where. I was at the entrance of the park 10mins before the meeting time. No one is arriving so I have to find the website of Amigo where they normally meet. I was standing at a different entrance!! I booked several tours so I was not able to relate that Headout is where I booked it then Amigo is their partner. I just basically looked at the voucher from Amigo without details in it. I came running to the ‘right’ entrance after I searched the website but it was already too late. The guard said they are 3rd party agencies so the park do not have any control over it. When I called them or emailed them, they were not helpful and just said I should have been at the ‘meeting point’ at right time and if I do not know the meeting pt, I should complain to Headout.
Suggest that you put this kind of details in voucher because that is what the customers are printing and looking at while traveling, and not the email!

I booked a one-hour English language tour that met at 7:45 am. The tour was actually in English and Spanish. The tour guide took each group aside for each section. Though the tour guide was nice, but the information was lacking and it felt rushed. I don't even recall the explanation of the staircase or an overview of the entrance, which I was hoping for. I later learned about it elsewhere.
The tour felt really rushed. I felt like I got less than half of what I paid for. I learned more about Park Guell from a Barcelona tour book.
