Barcelona Private transfer from Airport to Hotel / Cruise

Taxi driver seemed upset we were waiting for bags which were not late. We advised car service that we were 3 adults with 3 large bags and mercedes car was too small. Bags were stuffed in boot and one on front seat so all 3 adults squashed in back seat. Driver hardly spoke to us. We couldnt see the views on the way into Barcelona city due to being stuffed into back seat which was very uncomforable for 30+ mins. Driver had argument with hotel security after having a cigarette in the hotel drop-off area. Very bad experience.

Our driver never showed up. When we called the office nobody answered but then someone called back He apologized but refused to reimburse us for the cab we needed to take. And Viator also would do nothing but contact the vendor to give us a refund

Jose was communicative and right on time. We did have a full vehicle and had to carry a large bag in our laps, but there were 8 of us so it was tight. Jose took care of it as best he could.

Our driver Jose was fantastic! He made the process easy to navigate and was so friendly! We would definitely use this process again. He picked us up from the airport, even had a booster seat for our daughter and was overall wonderful!

We waited for almost an hour and our driver never showed up. I called the number on my ticket 3 or 4 times and nobody answered. I left voicemails. We ended up taking a taxi. After we left the airport I got a call from the driver telling me he had been looking for us for almost an hour with a sign with our name except that not a single one of us in a party of six saw someone holding a sign with our name.

Worse private transfer I ever hired!!
Usually Viator is very trustworthy and I never had a problem before in any of their third party company, however this transfer experience was disastrous.
The van was old, smelly and dented.
The driver was rude, barely spoke any English (thankfully I speak Spanish as well) and told us that our luggage wouldn't fit, even though I alerted the operating company beforehand that we had 7 big luggages and 7 hand luggages, so It had to be a big van (see print screen attached).
We ended up splitting our group into two and the other half had to get a Taxi Van that was 6x cheaper and could have fitted all of us plus all our luggage! 🤡

This sucked. The ticket and confirmation did not show time of pickup. It turned out the time was recorded as PM not AM but since I couldn’t see it, I couldn’t notify anyone. This caused me to take another form of transportation to my hotel.

I don’t plan on using this company ever again

We (a group of 4 women) were nervous about having to get to the Barcelona airport for a 6am flight (requiring a pickup around 330am) in what was a unfamiliar city. We were looking for reliability and reputation and we found it with Hellotransfer Barcelona. The Limo was waiting at the agreed upon location and got us to the airport in plenty of time. I would highly recommend this company for any of your transportation / tour needs.
