He was a good driver in the rain.
Only complaint he did not have a sign with our nam.
He was extremely helpful with the luggage.

The driver threatened to leave us at the airport if we did not pay him an equivalent to $50 usd because the immigration was so slow. He drove a minimum of 20 km per hour over the speed limit even in tight tunnels and was less than a car link from the car in front of him. He never used a blinker to change lanes, he constantly was punching in different music on his phone which he listened to and tapped along with the music on the steering wheel, drove with 1 hand on the steering wheel the whole time...etc. He is a menace to the road and will eventually get himself or someone else hurt. He never tried to interact with us so the fact that he spoke English did not matter.

There was a long line for customs, and they refused to come at a later time to complete the service. They wanted to charge me $20 every ten minutes, when I still had over an hour is customs. I left the airport with no plan, and no carseat for my toddler. I will never use this service again. I provided my flight time, airline information, etc to this xompany so they had all of the necessary information.

Fortunately, our plane arrived on time in Oslo. We walked the fairly long distance to baggage claim, and within minutes our suitcases appeared on the carousel. We then made our way to the exit door to the terminal area, and the first person I saw was our driver, Jawad, holding a sign with my name on it. He wheeled my husband's luggage to his vehicle which was parked directly outside the terminal building and loaded all 5 pieces for us. The ride was very comfortable and Jawad drove very carefully. He was very personable too. After about 45 minutes, we arrived at our Oslo hotel and Jawad once again helped us with our luggage. We couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you!

I liked finding a good limo company in Oslo, Norway through your site, but your site design left me confused and having to reconfirm my reservation as your booking page thought it was for a tour. If you're going to offer car services, your site page needs to reflect that and not make me think I'm booking a touristy tour. Also, booking airport transfers requires two very simple but very important items - Date & TIME. The pick-up time was not displayed anywhere - making me do lots of extra work to reconfirm this simple piece of data.
