website strongly suggested tour start around 6am, w guide to call night before with time. i objected to 8am pickup but was told he lived 100 miles away. disappointed in both Viator for scheduling with someone so far away And guide for the late pickup(arrived later still at 815). this resulted in an immediate 20 minutes in line to get into the park due to traffic and then another 30 minutes when elk appeared and backed up. all would have been avoided with the expected early start. to dans credit he drove us much longer than expected. was also expecting more shared in depth knowledge of the park and animals.

Had a great time with our guide Jason. He called the day before to confirm pick up time and location along with details about weather and other tour related points. He arrived on time and we started the tour at 7am.

It was a good start with a Bison herd on the road and got better from there with waterfall, geysers and other locations for us to take photos.

We stopped for lunch at one of the villages where we had a relaxing meal before continuing the tour.

Jason provided fun and informative info as we toured Yellowstone. He also provided water, snacks and binoculars for our use.

It was a 9 hrs but worth it all. It was a fantastic time and I would recommend this tour if you ever decide to visit Yellowstone Park.

Outstanding day in Yellowstone. Our guide Dennis was personable, informative and fun! It was so relaxing to focus on animal sightings rather than driving and figuring out where next. He gave us great information on each area that we saw and additional ideas and tips for the surrounding areas. We saw many animals but the highlight was the black bear and the grizzly! A perfect day
