That was the worst service i ever booked, I called the provider from the airport to confirm the pick up time, the guy told me I didn’t book the right way. I have to pay another extra $80 for one way only, I was so disappointed I told them just let them stop by and pick me up, I didn’t have any other choice, even though the guy he didn’t even show up, he say, go head and cancel it and get your money back. One of the worst experience I ever have with. Viator,
I just need my full refund or I’m going to dispute the charges.
