Gorgeous setting to listen to viennese music in, the two singers were very good, especially the lady. Obviously a very accomplished orchestra. Recognisable music.
Dinner beforehand at the Bristol Hotel was a very good standard and the service was excellent.

The meal was excellent in beautiful surroundings.
The walk was not too far away to theatre. The concert was quite nice.

Very nice evening to recommend without any hesitation! The dinner is tasty and the service impeccable, but the concert and the room (3rd most beautiful concert hall in the world) are magical! What a pleasure ! We were in category B in the middle it was just good, if you can take A or B that is ideal.
Please note: the explanations we received were not very detailed, we had to go to the Bristol bar, but the staff present that evening were not at all knowledgeable and sent us to the opera next door (which is not the Musikvieren); we were a little hot because we were lost and called the number indicated (but in German it's a little complicated) which explained to us (in Anglo-German) that we had to go to the restaurant first which we will hand over the concert tickets. So we went to the restaurant (and not to the bar as indicated, be careful to go to the restaurant) which had our reservation in our name and our tickets. The Musikvieren is also next door so we were able to have a leisurely dinner. The dinner and concert concept is really nice.

The dinner was not close tho gourmet. It was probably one of tyeceorst. The first course was carpaccio beef was hard and dried. Little lettuce.
The main course beef was very dry. Bold snd dlcover wirh gravy. On and on. Unbelievable bad. THIS IS FIRDT TIME I CLMPLSJNED

Dinner and drinks at the elegant Bristol Hotel was outstanding. Best martini I have had in quite a while (served at a very reasonalble price I might add). Even thought the dinner menu was restrictive, the selections were well prepared and served professionally. Very fine meal. The concert venue is only a few blocks away and a pleasant walk. Although the concert hall was a bit too warm, the performance by the orchestra and opera singers in period costume was quite enjoyable! I highly recommend!
