Our Mobula Ray Excursion is a tour for those who want to explore and likewise experience marine wildlife in their natural habitat. The Sea of Cortez is named “The aquarium of the world”- of course with good reason! To illustrate, every year from April to July and November to January here in San Jose del Cabo we experience a huge congregation of thousands of Mobula Rays. One of the most incredible natural spectacles in the world, thus it features in Blue Planet 2 as well as National Geographic. In the winter, hundreds of whales not only migrate to the Sea of Cortez but also stay with us for four months. In between, we see Whale sharks, Dolphins, Turtles, and Marlin, in addition to Sharks, Sea Lions, and much more. Are you ready to expect the unexpected?

We got to swim with the rays - was excellent. Our guide was very nice and helpful, water temperature was fantastic, and the day was beautiful. The boat is small and not fancy, so if you are looking for the big sail boat food and booze cruise - this is not it. If you want to get in the water and see some neat aquatic life - then this is a great option.
