A magnificent time spending my day with Elisabetta! Her depth of knowledge of Italy, Florence in particular and passion for history were a delight. She presented everything with interest, was entertaining and had a great sense of humor. She gave me excellent restaurant recommendations as well. Elisabetta is not only extremely knowledgeable, but she has a great sense of humor and made the tour and all of the history it entails, really fun! We have done a lot of tours with a lot of guides, Elisabetta is the best!

On our first trip to Florence we wanted an introductory tour of the city with a private guide, not a group tour which can be a cattle call. We found the Tuscany Trotter website and read about Elisabetta and her passion for Florence, so we signed up for her tour of the city, including a visit to the Accademia. Lasting a little over 3 hours, the tour was extremely informative and much fun. Elisabetta is an engaging, knowledgeable guide with a wonderful personality and we are so happy we chose her.

Elisabetta is a great guide who speaks English really well and is a Tuscan native. She took us to the places that we had on our list of must-see sites, but also to some small unknown places that were really special that we wouldn't have found on our own. It was a great overview of Florence with just the right amount of history and culture mixed in.
