It was very challenging finding and getting to location from our cruise ship.
Suggest nailing down local transportation prior to leaving ship.

We love food and took this class for an enjoyable end to our visit to Sicily. It was very informative, fun and the food was delicious! Mamma Corleone timed this class perfectly! First, we made our pistachio dessert so it would chill for after dinner. Next, we prepared a pasta dough. While that rested we prepared eggplant. Then we made meatballs and tomato sauce. We cut the dough into tagliatelle and then put it all together for a wonderful meal of pasta alla Norma. A bottle of wine was opened to add to that authentic dining experience. Lorenzo helped with the English translation and his humor and energy kept this a fun class. All of us consider ourselves pretty good at cooking and walked away with added tips.

The cooking class was great. Maria and Sebastian were great to work with. I learned how to make authentic Italian dishes which Iām excited to try when I get home!

Amazing experience, we were lucky enough for the cooking class to be just myself and my wife. Highly recommend the cooking class. Great central location, good facilities, the team are amazing (we had an English translator and the Chef). Exceeded our expectation A++++

We had a delicious time with very friendly and friendly hosts from Palermo. Delighted with this new know-how... fresh pasta! As well as this wonderful sauce that accompanies them...dessert and fish dish as well.
The portions are very generous, the meal following the course is very friendly
A moment of sharing and memories that I highly recommend!

Awesome time cooking with Mamma Corleone at her cooking class! We made delicious food following instructions that were easy to understand. Mamma Corleone is amazing, so kind, & very good at what she does! Fun time. Highly recommend for couples, coworkers, families or friends!

Our cooking class with Mamma Corleone and Riham was incredible. They made sure we learned special Sicilian cooking techniques and we all marveled at the delicious food we created and got to eat. A 5 star time in Palermo!

Cannot rate this highly enough. If we could give it 6 stars we would. Perfect setting, great translator, learned so much! We, as a family of 4 (two teenagers, 15 & 14), enjoyed the company, the lesson (best bit was how to make our own pasta!), the food and the experience. We got to eat some and took the rest away as there was lots left. Pasta alla Norma, meatballs and pistachio dessert, 3 full courses.

Tip: location is on the same side of the nursery just a little past it. Look up as there is a small sign which we missed.
