We were greeted at the arrival hall once we exited the custom they were very courteous and told us once we are ready to leave she will summon the van to pick us up curbside. The ride was comfortable and Phyllis our driver was very nice and friendly. Will definitely use them again

I can't rave enough about this company. Professional, prompt and flexible. I was contacted days prior to our airport pickup. We arrived extra early through customs, so I messaged to update my status. Phyllis quickly replied that my pickup was scheduled for the next day, which was true and my mistake. I was staring to panic since I was traveling with large suitcases, 2 kids and unable to speak the local language. She texted me back that she will be sending me a car anyway. She informed me of the meet up spot and van's license plate within 3 minutes. Phyllis worked her magic - the best 5 Star service I've ever received! I can't think Phyllis enough - I would continue to use this airport transfer from now on.

The driver was prompt and courteous. He was waiting for us at passenger greeting area. He loaded up our luggage and gave us 2 bottles of water the ride was longer than due to business hours. I will definitely use this company for future booking.

This experience was excellent in every way. I was able to communicate my questions prior to the pick up, we were met exactly where we were told the greeter would be, the driver and car was excellent and the price was very fair. Very organized and precise. This exceeded my expectations.

We booked this last minute as it was our first time to Taipei and we were not sure about using the trains to get to our hotel. We were met at the Arrivals are with a sign and taken outside to the car. It was a quick and easy experience. The drive spoke some English and was able to answer our questions.

Very convenient. As soon as we got out of baggage claim, there was a sign with our name on it. Drive from airport to our Taipei destination was very smooth and traffic-free. Due to Chinese New Year's eve, the streets were almost empty. We were requested to give driver extra 15USD since it was Chinese New Year. Not sure if that's standard practice but felt we had no choice. Driver was nice anyway so all's well.
