This is a scam, it is not a boat parade, they load lots of people, where there is hardly room to sit and the boat just goes around the harbor to see Christmas light decorations of the homes around the harbor from far away!!!!! It was very boring.
You can drive in your neighborhood and see Christmas lights, why do you have to pay and have a hard time finding pay parking to see lights in cold weather?
