We booked the Scarlet Pearl HaLong Bay cruise for 3D2N. The booking was easy with no hassle. The transfer from our hotel in HaNoi to HaLong was very comfortable with the 7-seat car limousine arranged by the Scarlet Pearl company. At HaLong we waited about 30 minutes before boarding and welcomed by Chris, who is a very nice and fun gentlemen. Chris would take care all the needs from everyone, always with a smile.
The moment we stepped on the boat, we love everything about this cruise. The cruise ship looks beautiful and modern. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very well decorated. Every room has a balcony. The dinning room was beautiful. The food was excellent. Great selection.
The daily itinerary was well organized and fun. Shout out to Anthony, who has done a great job of running these daily itineraries.
ALL STAFF on Scarlet Pearl provided us wonderful services. They made our stay on Scarlet Pearl a pleasant one. THANK YOU ALL.
Last but not least, Ms. Wendy (Uyên), the cruise manager, who has done a wonderful job of running the cruise perfectly. She is awesome.
