Excellent service from beginning to end. Our ATV guides Eric & Charlie were super friendly and knowledgeable. Jackie (restaurant owner) was friendly, accommodating, and made excellent food. They managed to accommodate our group of 16 even though they were dealing with a power outage. Highly recommend this tour.

ATV tour was ridiculous, it was really a slow taxi cab ride to the beach club. The overall process was very unprofessional and our tour guide spoke very little English. I think they were happy that we finished the tour without the ATV’s breaking down. Not a tire on any ATV matched, not many even were designed for off roading…not that it mattered. When the fat guy riding a bicycle passed us I new we were in trouble. The beach club was okay and the food was good, but there were many other far nicer clubs with better loungers and no seaweed. Just a huge disappointment. At least the drinks were cold and the service was great.

This excursion was a complete disaster regarding booking agency and atv operations. We waited over an hour to start on atvs, and then one atv in our party broke down 2 blocks in. We waited on side of a busy highway 30 minutes and had to demand they get us to safety. Forced to skip atv part due to wasted time, and went to beach, which was wonderful.
We were not offered any refund or assistance with the issues. Only shuffled around and forced to wait in the hot sun half of the day. I do not recommend this company whatsoever. If in Costa Maya, just grab a cab and go to a beach club. Save your money. $220 and hours of my one day in port I will not get back.

It wasn't as extreme as we were hoping. Just on a dirt road with puddles by the ocean. Atv's were older. Food was exceptional on the beach.
