Wayne was on time to pick up our family of 4. We were the only ones so this was great as it wasn’t a bus load full of people! He told us due to the heavy rain the night before the blue hole was very dirty and would not be a good idea. The company called me and tried to help us as much as they could! They offered to reschedule the entire day or just do the falls that day and the blue hole the next. Due to our plans we decided to just do the Konoko falls and skip the blue hole. We were sad but understood it wasn’t their fault for it raining. The falls were amazing. We loved them more than dunns river because we were the only ones there! The animals were nice and the guide was amazing with my 8 year old! Bring cash through the falls as their is a restaurant to buy drinks and local food if you want and tip the guide! When we got back they called me again and advised they would refund some of our money due to the rained out blue hole and they were good on their word as we did receive a refund!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Wayne Buchanan. He was informative, polite, a safe driver, and just all around amazing energy. Every location we visited the staff spoke very highly of Wayne and I couldn’t agree with them more. We were celebrating a birthday and he went above and beyond to make our day special. We really appreciated him and would recommend him to any and everyone and will be looking him up upon our return.

This was a great trip to the Blue Hole (especially stunning)& Konoko Falls. Wayne B. was our driver & he was absolutely fantastic. One of the reasons we booked this was because of the reported small groups & it was just me & my boyfriend. Wayne did not rush us, & he even allowed us to stop & do a little shopping at the end of the tour. Thanks, Wayne, for your great hospitality!

Our driver was easy going and friendly. Beautiful secret falls/blue hole and not busy.We are 60 plus and we had a guide. Guide was strong and helped me up the falls. My husband was fine on his own and didn't have to worry about me.There are different heights to jump off into water...so we picked the lowest height.Konoko Falls beautiful also and there are stairs all the way down the falls.

Everything about this trip was perfect! Wayne who was our very insightful and knowledgeable driver was there right on time to pick us up. He drove very well and I felt safe with him the entire time. First we went to Konoko Falls, but they were not open yet for some reason. So, Wayne brought us over to the Blue Hole. Our guide for this part was Sam and he was amazing! He encouraged us to do all of the jumping but never forced us to do anything we didn't want to do. He took a TON of pictures for us as well on our own cameras which was awesome! The Blue Hole itself was a fun and exciting experience even at 9:00 in the morning. We headed back to Konoko Falls where our guide Monique took us around and was again very knowledgeable and told us all about the plants and wildlife that was around us. Then we had a choice to do the falls alone or with a guide, we opted to do it alone and at our own pace. The falls were absolutely beautiful with several pools of water to stop and relax in. The climb was easy and we took it slow. I only wish I had a waterproof pouch for this part because I would've loved some pictures as we went. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a little excitement!

Wonderful time. Jacques Tours was on time, experienced and made it so easy for us. Stopped for some Jamaican Juici Beef Patties and Red Stripe Beer on our way back from Konoko Falls and Blue Hole.

This excursion was absolutely amazing!! The driver Wayne was very informative and took care of everything. The tour guides at both locations were very great. I can't give this company enough praise.

Javier was an amazing guide. He went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable. I booked the smaller tour for$50. We then paid our own entry fees. It was just the 3 of us. It was the best time.

Wayne picked us up at our hotel and we started at the blue hole, it was not what I expected but ended up being a thrill. It was a bit much for our toddler but he made it through. Konoko falls was great for all of us. He and grandma both hiked up the falls with the help from our guide. It was an amazing and very thrilling experience. Highly recommend it but be prepared to be wet.
