AVOID! Booked and confirmed, travelled to the meeting point from another city only to find that the guide did not show up. Called the company to find out they would not be running the tour and that I was out of luck, but they'd process a refund... after the tour was already meant to begin and we'd travelled all the way there for the day...
Didn't even apologise. Completely ruined what was meant to be the highlight of our trip. Viator refused to do anything about it and actually does nothing to confirm if their operators are even legitimate.
