Antalya waterfalls & City Group tours with lunch

A nice trip but felt very rushed, we had little to no time to stop in old town, the boat ride was good and gave us the opportunity to take some nice pictures. The food was full of flavour and tasted great and the waterfalls are picture perfect, but the stop at the jewelery shop was not on the iteniary that I saw and it wasn't somewhere I would have chose to go and think that time could be better spent spread threw the rest of the tour especially threw the old town tour

This tour needs some work. The fantastic tour guide managed to bring the day together despite too many hiccups to list including not having enough seats on the bus for the booked guests. A private car was added to the convoy with a non English speaking driver to make up for the extra people. As lovely as the driver was, this meant we, the people in the car, missed out on any tour guidance or information about the monuments passed along the journey. The waterfalls are amazing, the natural wonders of the springs and the ancient history make the area worth visiting and learning about. The lunch was outstanding but that's where it ends. Not enough time was permitted for free shopping, instead the group was dropped at specific stores where we were guided into rooms for presentations and fashion shows. If leather and textiles aren't of interest to you, too bad, there was nowhere else to go during these stops. The scenic relaxing boat tour was on a rickety pirate ship! Seats weren't bolted down securely, steps between levels were loose and wobbly under foot. There was no tour guidance on the cruise and there were no sights to see. We literally sailed out into the ocean and back again while pushy photographers forced guests to wear captain hats and pose for photos to purchase. There was less than one hour remaining at the end for free shopping and the bazaar was fantastic. Much more shopping time would have been appreciated. The entire day took 10 hours from pick up to drop off- more than 2 hours over time, causing us to miss out pre paid dinner plans. Dropping the cruise and fashion parade/ presentation would make this a much better experience.

Picked up on time from hotel. Waterfalls were beautiful. Tour guide was excellent. Nice gent with glasses. Boat trip was a nice chill in the beautiful harbour. We each have a special day on holiday and this was for the Mrs. She says its 10 out of 10. She's hard to please so would definitely recommend.

Tour guide was lovely. This trip doesn't include any free time in old town which we thought it did but fortunately when others were on boat trip tour guide allowed us to wander around old town while they went on the boat trip and met up at port once finished. Waterfalls are lovely.

When I booked the tour, shopping was not mentioned in the program. Shopping (at 3 different places) was not interesting for me, so it was waste of time for meg.

Waterfalls and Cable Car were worth a visit , but the journey to see them , have lunch wait on others on a boat trip , call in to a jewellery outlet shop which wasn’t requested made it an extremely long day , so much so we got a taxi back from Antalya to Belek rather than wait on the bus

Frida was an excellent tour guide, she made us feel ease and explained all the historic points to us. Furthermore, we had small group and had fantastic time. The meal was nice too had shish kebab and everything went smoothly as expected. Can't really fault anything here. To be honest I have been let down before with excursion but I must admit Frida made us feel so conformable and being around here we felt in safe hands. Her English is awesome she used to teacher I would recommend using them.

We had a very disappointing experience on this tour.

We were collected from our hotel in a minibus with minimal AC and driven to Antalya to the lower waterfalls. The lack of AC made the 30-40min journey quite unpleasant. Here we met the rest of the group and saw the lower waterfall before being transferred into a larger coach with good AC.

On the way to the Upper waterfalls the guide explained that to achieve cost saving several tours had been combined and therefore the itinerary has changed. We quickly realised this meant that we would not be 7.5hours as advertised and the guide said we would be 9.5-10 hours and likely to return to Belek around 19:15.

We were taken to a silver factory (an added stop) which took an additional hour and we were hassled by the staff there who were trying to sell us silver jewellery. All-in-all an unpleasant experience and wasted an additional hour of time.

Additionally they charged several people extra for the cable car. Many said they had paid already but there was no wifi (no one could get the bus wifi working) so people paid up as they couldn’t check their bookings. We felt very uncomfortable as the guide went around asking people for money especially as the combination of tours meant some people were forced into this.

We had to leave the tour and pay for our own taxi back to Belek as we need to be back within the advertised time limit. We asked for this to be refunded. The tour operator was very rude and said they wouldn’t as we had participated in all activity (a complete lie). The guide said the advertised timings were wrong.

Overall I would not recommend this trip as there is no guarantee what you will receive.
