It was so fun, and interactive. Wonderful way to learn about Italian culture other than museums.
You will meet on a street corner- not as sketchy as it sounds- then everyone heads to the cooking studio. The chefs will break down all the steps. I actually left feeling like I could make an authentic pasta dish but I haven’t tried yet in the week I’ve been home.
It was delish! Everyone in our family (6 of us- 3 teens) contributed and we made 3 pastas, sauce and dessert.
It does take 3+ hours beginning to end. We had to sneak out a few minutes early because we had timed-entry museum tickets.

This tour was definitely a highlight of my three week journey through Europe. Fun, interactive, personable and I left feeling like I would be able to make pasta again. I would definitely recommend.

Just do yourself a favor and book this for you and your family. Everyone is involved and learning. It was amazing and delicious. We’ve already made a plan to go home and make this meal again.

A fun interactive class. We got to cut, slice, and get covered with flour in a casual setting while putting together a great dinner. Rewarded by a good dinner with wine and new found friends .

Our maestro made making pasta seem very easy. The results were fabulous. It was a great dinner at the end. We also bonded with the people at our table, which was a plus. We were very happy with the class.

My husband wasn’t at all sure about adding this trip to our itinerary but we both really enjoyed the experience. Our chef was great, very clear instructions and helpful when things didn’t go quite according to plan! I loved that we got to make 3 different types of pasta. I’d never made or tasted panna cotta before and it was delicious! We met and cooked with a lovely family from the States. There’s nothing better than sharing holiday experiences with others.

Great experience participating in Florence Cooking Class. The instructor was great: professional, knowledgeable and personable. He really made the experience a joy for all. Then we got to sit down and eat the delicious food we learned how to make! Met a lot of nice people who cooked in our group and then we ate together. One of our best experiences in Florence!
