Driver was early and polite and got us to the port in a timely and safe manner. Vehicle was clean and the driver made sure to safely conduct us into and out of the vehicle and took care of handling the luggage.

Our transfer from the Rome Train Station to the cruise port at Civitavecchia was spot on. The driver was right on time and called to let us know exactly where he was for the pick up. There were zero issues with this transfer, which exactly what you want.

I reserved the service for 4 trips -to and from the airport and to and from the cruise port. The service would have been 5 star, but they dropped the ball on our most important leg, the leg to the cruise port. First they sent me a message would change the time to earlier due to Italian public transportation strike on our departure date and then sent message the car broke down and cancelled our service. We had to take a taxi last minute. Very stressful. Overall, the service was very good.

In a chaotic city like Rome, it was a pleasant surprise to discover "Rome transfer service" for our transfer to the Port of Civitavecchia. Car, Mercedes E class, in excellent condition like new, clean inside and out, and impeccable driver. At the best level of the best cities in the world. Transfer was great. Driver arrived early (even though he messaged me on WhatsApp that there might be a delay due to a house fire blocking some streets) and was very friendly. Car was excellent and very clean. Got us to the airport without any trouble

My wife and I booked a cruise from Rome and decided to arrive in Rome a few days early. Our research prior to the trip revealed that it was about an hour from City Center to the Cruise Port. While there are several ways to get there, we opted to use Transfer Service Rome. We actually used them twice. The first trip was from the airport to the City and then from the hotel to the Cruise Port. While I had read in reviews from various companies that drivers either didn't wait or never showed up, both of our trips went well. One of our bags didn't arrive at the airport so I had to file a claim. I was worried that perhaps our driver wouldn't be there after making the claim. The driver did text me and when I explained our situation, he said he would wait for us. So both of our experiences with this company went very well. They may not be the cheapest but they were reliable and that is what we needed.

Overall the trip from Airport to destination Hotel Porto Di Roma was great however the driver arrived late for pickup. There was no message about late arrival
