Ho prenotato con questa azienda, un servizio di trasporto da e per l'aeroporto di Fiumicino. In entrambe le occasioni sono rimasto soddisfatto, sia dall'assistenza da parte dell'operatore telefonico e sia dagli autisti, molto professionali. Le autovetture sono nuove, superlative e dotate di ogni comfort. Direi che questa è una valida soluzione per chi volesse raggiungere lo scalo di Fiumicino. Grazie!

Read a couple of reviews similar to my story. Woke up the morning of our departure notifying me that our airport transfer with Transfer Service Rome was canceled. I don’t like writing bad reviews but no one wants to be left scrambling the morning of their vacation looking for a ride. Was left scrambling to find someone to pick up my family of four and discovered Welcome Pickups. Save yourself the headache and book with them instead. Our fare was similar. And just in case Transfer Service Rome says my booking was not canceled, here’s the top of the email I received. I can also provide the confirmation number.

We booked through Viator months before we actually needed the ride. The day that we were flying to Italy we get a message in the morning that the reservation is canceled. I was told per Viator that if I wanted to write a review that I had to write it on trip advisor. (I saw another person wrote the same thing and the response was they did not have a reservation for that person, this could be the same exact thing that happened to us).

We used this transfer service to get to and from our hotel from the Rome Termini train station. We had 7 people and the vehicles were new, clean vans with plenty of room for us and our luggage. I very much liked the reservation process online which was easy. The prices were very reasonable compared to other services (our hotel the Waldorf Astoria wanted to charge us double the amount for the same thing) and the drivers were professional and communicated with us. I highly recommend this service and will use the next time we are in Rome.
