Fantastic tour! Enjoyed every minute of it! Would highly recommend having a tour guide with skip the line tickets. Other lines were crazy long but we got in very quickly.

We and another family was with a baby, he was not welcoming at the meeting point of the fact that we have a baby with us and a stroller. He was making faces that we will have a hard time. In a way making us frel bad in front of rest of the group. He was just walking so fast in the area that i could hardly keep up with pictures in the museum.

If we are lifting the stroller we were usually a little behind since there were a lot of stairs but he wont wait at all .

There were escalators where clearly we cannot take the stroller(right on the entry) but he didn't direct us about any elevators to take he just went on the escalator by himself and left us downstairs to figure out how to go up with a stroller.

He kept poking that we have a bag which we should checkin at the entrance when i went inside i saw many people had bags like us or even bigger. I would expect if he is an experienced guide he should have a better judgement call.

He was just talking to old ladies in the group which he assumed knows christianity history and expected us to just know the bible.

He was very confronting to the questions i asked. There was a place when the tour starts where people can view the garden, dome and museum on the side, he just said we will take a pause you can take photos. I have no idea what photos are we dupposed to take. A lot of other guides in the same area were explaining a lot to their group.

He said 3-4 times that i am going to paris to be guide there which just his lack of enthusiasm for our tour and more interest in paris.

The tour description mentioned that 45 min tour included of st peters but in reality the guide left us outside of sistine chaple, explained a little bit from basicilia and left the group. I chose this tour because it was also covering the st leters basilica but reality was different.

Rosy was a great guide. She was very knowledgeable of the museums and really loves the Vatican. The skip the line was definitely required for this experience.

The Skip-the-Line was very valuable. The lines were very long, however, the Skip line moved quite quickly. Our guide was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and passionate about the Vatican. You could tell she truly had a love for the history and art that is the Vatican. She took her time and answered any questions the group had. Very good experience!

There were just too much people! When my tour ended we were told that we could join the line to St. Peter's basilica....it was extremely long and we did not bother. The reason for buying the ticket was to be about to skip the lines.

Just the entire experience to be in the holy capital of the church. Our guide was also just filled with a massive amount of knowledge concerning the Vatican and history. Worth every Penney…

We loved this tour with a former archeologist. She was delightful, lots of knowledge and joking around to keep it light but still learning. She masterfully handled our group around biobreaks and distractions.

Oksana did a fabulous job leading the group through the Vatican museums and the Sistine Chapel through to St. Peter's Basilica. Her enthusiasm for the works of art on display shone through and she was careful to make sure that everyone was comfortable and that the group stayed together throughout the tour.
I would definitely recommend this guided tour due to all the information that Oksana provided and her very pleasant attitude.

This was the worst tour ever. First they made us wait for 45 min, when all of a sudden we had to rush because we only had 2 min to cross the skip-the-line area. After that they had to set up all the audio equipment which took a lot of time. After that the tour guide put us in the Sun to explain what we’d see inside the Sistine Chapel. His explanations during the tour were basic and he spent a lot of time with non important parts. We could note the other groups having a much better experience. Finally, he didn’t take us inside St Peter’s Basilica, although it was part of the package and let us in the sun while explaining what to expect inside.
The organizing team was very junior and couldn’t provide good information.
