The tour guide never showed up and didn’t respond to our reaching out repeatedly until 20 mins after your start. He then told us he could do the tour 4 days later.

Victoria was delightful. She made Montreal come to life!!! She is very smart & knowledgeable & so much fun to be with. I would highly recommend her for any tour.

We received an email at 9:18am as we were on our way to the start location for our 10am walking tour. It stated our tour guide was unable to lead the tour and no other guides were available.
The tour guide read a text message from me at 8:37am that morning confirming pickup address and never responded.
We wasted the money on the Uber for 5 of us to get to the start location.
The $1k charge on my card left bo room for us to schedule another event.
The tour was to take place Sunday at 10am and I don’t even have a pending credit on my card for the refund.
A phone call MUCH earlier with suggestions for a self-led four tour or alternative solutions leveraging the $1k we had already spent would have helped.
“Things happen”. Sure, we get it.
However, the short notice via EMAIL cost us our Uber fare, to & from the meeting spot = $100.
It cost us the $1,000 still on my credit card, a whole day of precious time 5 friends who work full time, came up from The US looking to enjoy.
Maybe the tour is awesome.
The lack of professionalism in how this was managed is shameful.

We had the MOST amazing day with our spectacular tour guide, Victoria. The tour was very customized for our group and it was private as well. We had such tasty treats (and drinks) and Victoria was a pleasure. She knew all the best places for some of our favorites, poutine, brisket, bagels....but she also was amazing at all the history along the way. We saw a new neighborhood and learned so much about the city. What a wonderful day - thank you with locals and especially Victoria!!
