Jure was an engaging guide with passion for his city, its history, culture and people. We enjoyed our tour of the old city and learning about its 1,400+ year history, culture and politics. Our kids had a fun time too. Definitely recommend the tour with Jure!

Karmen met us right outside the walls of Dubrovnik - she communicated clearly, was easy to find, easy to speak with and knowledgeable of Dubrovnik. Her English was excellent. She made the tour fun and interesting for our 3 kids (ages 9, 12, 14) - showed us hidden swimming spots, taught us some history and fun facts about the city and even worked in a stop for some 'sladoled'. At the end, she helped us with some local food recommendations and went out of her way to get us some recommendations for restaurants in Rovinj for later in our trip. Definitely would recommend.

We enjoyed our walking tour and would recommend anyone takes it as early in the morning as possible due to the heat and crowds. We met at 8:30am and by the time the tour finished it was hot and crowded.
Eliana is very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of interesting information about the history of Dubrovnik and the area as we wandered around the Old Town. She was friendly and helpful, answering any questions we had with ease.
Eliana was thoughtful and often guided us away from the crowds to discover lots of interesting sights of the Old Town where she would give us a detailed explanation of what we were seeing.

Amazing few hours with Mia in Dubrovnik! What a lovely guide. So knowledgeable and so helpful in giving recommendations for future places to visit. Lots of historical information but delivered with a personal touch. It felt like a friend was showing you around her city.

Highly recommended. What an excellent tour of Split we had with Dube, a young historian and very cool person.
Her superb knowledge of history, Split and geographical circumstance was such a pleasure for us.
We thoroughly enjoyed this informative 3 hour WithLocals walking tour of Split and it was a standout tour of our holiday.

We had a really lovely City Tour.
Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and took the tour at our pace....which was really appreciated, as it was such a hot and humid day.
We learned a lot about the old City and it's history. We were given insights and recommendations which will be really useful. We visited an old building/Palace and met the family and tried some traditional drinks...one made of roses, one of walnuts and one of Cacao.
This was a private tour and worth every penny.
We would thoroughly recommend With Locals and are eagerly anticipating our next With Locals experience on Monday!

We had a fantastic early morning tour of Dubrovnik with Mia. Was very worthwhile being out before the crowds and Mia was full of interesting information and extremely knowledgeable about the complex history of Croatia. She also gave us some great tips for our ongoing travel. She was fun and bubbly and gave us delicious chocolate croissants as well
Would highly recommend.

Vlaho was an excellent tour guide! He walked us through the old town while explaining the history of this beautiful city and also giving us a taste of local life. He kept our teenage sons fully engaged and was able to answer all of their questions about a myriad of topics.

Karmen was a delightful guide. Perfect English, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We had walked around the city on our own but learned so much more with Karmen. It was great to get to know her and understand more about Croatia today as well as the history. I highly recommend her as a guide. Plus for a similar price to a large group tour we had a private tour with just our family. Well worth it.
