Very disappointed that, after scanning the correct QR code and following all the directions multiple times, none of us could get the audio to play on our phones. Personnel at the cathedral could not figure it out, either. The church is gorgeous, inside and out, but I would liked to have heard the audio tour for which we paid.

The church is amazing … tour guide was excellent. Recommend doing a little research before you go. We had to ask a lot of questions to find the tour meeting spot location.

Bought tickets from you until 8 june 2024. We were never sent the qr code even though we had paid in advance. Either no help from the guards at the door, even though we showed the receipt with date and time. We did not get in. This is nonsense and we want a refund for two tickets.

The QR code didn’t download. Viator app said it would be available at tour. It took Security staff 15 mins to locate ticket.

Most memorable was not receiving the tickets until 1 minute before the 11:00 time to enter. Tickets were to be emailed and available on the app 24 hours earlier, but were not sent. Had to buy tickets from the venue itself. Requested a refund and was denied, spent 100 Euros for tickets that we couldn't use at the appointed time. Viator does not follow the rules set up in there ads. Will never use them again. NO STARS.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Not a Viator issue. The third party, Private Tour Spain, does not return calls or direct messages. Unprofessional. We booked a tour, never got tickets for 9 people and I looked like an ass for taking everyone to the church thinking we would get the tickets at the ticket booth( email is not organized and unclear) Tour operator never sent tickets and Viator didn’t have access to my tickets. I spent $$ getting my party to the church to only be embarrassed that I worked with a third party that doesn’t correspond with their customers making , it look like a scam and make the one that booked (me) look like an ass to my whole party. So embarrassing and frustrating!

Audio guide link did not work. We even had the Sageada Familia staff assist to no avail.so they graciously let us use their devices.
Sagrada Familia was beautiful and very worth visiting. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Viator for purchasing the audio guided tour tickets.

Spectacular !
This place of worship is an amazing work of art with every detail a story come to life.
My only suggestion is to eliminate or strictly limit ‘influencers’ from using this magnificent creation of spirituality as a photo opportunity for their personal gain.
There were several of these disrespectful people who were rude and oppressive. Shame on them !

Great experience of an amazing place. Super busy and crowded so hard to get good pics without people in the way, and seems they are looking for money more than providing service but overall we really enjoyed as a one-time visit.
