Fabulous service! My daughter was traveling internationally alone for the first time, it was such a comfort knowing the driver Luca was meeting her overnight flight! It was a wonderful introduction to Venice, no fears of being lost or learning the public transportation system after an overnight flight. Massimo was so patient with my many questions and concerns, communicated clearly and frequently, I cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you Massimo!

They took Care of all transfers for me. I Just stayed in contact with them through the wattsapp. Excellent service. I arrived at Santa Lúcia train station and left from Marco Polo airport.

We just returned from a few days in Venice, and from start to finish, Massimo and his company exceeded our expectations. He was friendly, professional, quick to respond, fair in price, and provided top-notch service. We arranged two tranfers, one from the train station to our hotel, and one from our hotel to Venice Marco Polo
airport. Massimo communicated with us throughout the process, the day before, and on the day of the transfers to walk us through the process. Each time a clean and comfortable water taxi was waiting for us before the scheduled time, with professional and friendly drivers. We were dropped off steps from our hotel and picked up again early the morning of our departure. This company is highly professional and reliable as well as fairly priced. I would definitely use them again and am grateful for the service they provided us!!

We used Luxury Transfer Service for both our transfer from the airport to our hotel on the Grand Canal and also from the hotel to our cruise ship. Massimo was great! Perfect! Communication through WhatsAPP was great from first contact through our final dropoff. We easily found Massimo at the airport, and he guided us, bleary-eyed people to the car and then the water taxi. Leaving our hotel, the water taxi was prompt and delivered us to Massimo who graciously drove us to our ship. Perfect!

Massimo helped me organising transports for a team of 10 HNWI on a business trip to Venice. Everything was meticulously arranged from transports by Minivans and cars to transports by water taxi.
Massimo took care of the group for 2 days making sure that all the logistics of their trip was running smoothly.

And I was never late or dissatisfied. He was puntual at early hours as planned . And always communicating. His car ( van ) because we had several luggage and we were a group of 5 were immaculate clean , and all Mercedes’ . A fantastic company that I highly recommend as your private transportation in Italy

Massimo greeted us at the airport and assisted us with luggage and to the boat to transfer to our hotel. He was very nice and helpful! His car is clean & comfortable and having him arranging everything took the stress out of the arrival after a long flight. I communicated with him in advance and day off via what’s app and he is very responsive. He even recommended a great tour guide to us in Venice.
