Playa Flamenco is the most beautiful beach I’ve ever been on. It literally couldn’t have been any better. Crew and food and drinks were amazing.

Our guides were good, the snorkeling was just ok, and the beach was very over crowded. The food provided by the group was very good and was enjoyed by everyone in the family and the drinks were tasty. Having done several snorkeling adventures over the years, I’d give the reef and wild life we saw a 3/5. Still a good time that the family enjoyed.

I was pretty disappointed with how the company handled my groups situation. On our way to Fajardo there was a car accident on the highway, adding an extreme amount of traffic to our commute. We had planned out our drive to give ourselves an extra 45 minutes to get there. The traffic ended up pushing our arrival time to 10 minutes after the boat was intended to depart. We tried to call the company multiple times to see if there was anything they could do and all they responded with was no. We asked if there were other days to book or if we could even get a partial refund and they said no. Their responses on the phone were rude and they didn’t seem to feel bad at all. We also had a bigger group of 6 people (25 people fit on the boat at once)
It was also frustrating as they had asked us to move our trip to a different day then we originally planned and then could do nothing for us in return.

We had an excellent time, the crew was fantastic, and very caring, we couldn’t ask for a better time spent plenty of time snorkeling, and then went to lay on the beach. It was wonderful would definitely do it again.

This was a wonderful excursion to a beautiful island! The snorkeling was great, the crew was professional and kind, and the lunch was delicious. They also provided an extra snack of fruit, cut into the shapes of cute animals! 10/10 experience which we would love to do again. One thing—BRING SUNSCREEN!!!
