Booked them for 6am from my hotel to FCO. i got a whatsapp msg confirming the time. they never showed up. i contacted them and nobody ever responded. no apology, no nothing! i just get an email from viator saying that my refund was approved. thankfully i was able to get another car service, but def disgusted that a company is willing to take your $ and do absolutely NOTHING.

Didn't use them. Such a bad experience I cancelled all outings with them including this. $48 taxi to the airport instead of the $100 plus for the three of us!!! AND no limit to out luggage as Tripadvisor offers. Avoid them!

I was contacted 2 days prior to pick-up as expected. Driver was present as expected and was courteous and a good driver. No issues.

Hi, I highly recommend this service! Our driver, Antonio, was punctual, helpful, professional, and extremely friendly. We had a very early flight and scheduled the transfer for 4 am (yes, 4 am!). He arrived at 3:45 am, was extremely helpful, and accommodated all of our luggage (and we had a lot!) comfortably in the mini van. I can't recommend this service enough! I will definitely use it again on my next trip to Italy!!!!
