I have had wonderful tours in Italy with Trip Advisor until this, which did not occur as the operator changes the time without proper advance notice after initially confirming. The meeting point was also incorrect. They did try to send a last minute guide at a later time but we had made plans. A refund was refused on the basis of a WhatsApp message, with no personalisation or identifying details, which had looked like a scam and so was ignored.

We loved being immersed in the local culture!!Ciro gave us great attention and even left us with a list of must do’s and a wonderful legend about a syren in the port of Naples!!
