Beautiful cruise. Unfortunately, a day and a night pass immediately. If you can, do 3 days and 2 nights because Halong Bay is wonderful. Large, clean cabin and bathroom, huge bed. Excellent food and the staff is very kind and constantly gives you information on the itinerary and activities. They respected all the program times, boarding, excursions, disembarkations, meals. The boat is stopped off the bay and they take you there by ferry, but everything is organized precisely. Thanks to Ms. April who follows the reservations on booking.com because she sent us messages with useful information both before and after the cruise. I also recommend booking round-trip transport from Hanoi with them (2 hours per trip), because it is very comfortable in a 6-seater Dcar Limousine with large leather seats. Complete relaxation. Light lunch included after disembarkation. Absolutely recommended cruise

First off, the boat was seriously impressive. It was classy and well-kept, and you could tell they put a ton of effort into keeping it looking spiffy. It was like staying in a floating hotel. We could barely feel the movements of the boat. The cabins were a real treat. I snagged the Captain Grand View Cabin and the views were fabulous. The room was super spacious and well-furnished.
The staff was top-notch. They were friendly, professional, and absolutely on their A-game. They made sure everyone felt pampered and they were just all-around awesome. The food was delicious. I had some of the best dishes I've ever tasted during my entire trip to Vietnam. My mother is vegetarian and she enjoyed her choices from the specialized menu a lot. The chefs definitely knew their stuff, and I was treated to a feast of flavors that left me wanting more.
Lan Ha Bay was stunning. The cruise had some cool excursions too, like kayaking and cycling around a local village. I wish they had more time on the cruise.
Highly recommend Paradise Grand.

We had an excellent experience..... hospitality was at its best....so much personal care especially being vegetarian....they ensured to give their best.... cleanliness full marks...thanku to each and every staff special mention for the Grace who is the manager... lovely caring and so humble....and ofcourse our dear butlerVan.. amazing boy ...very attentive....looked after us very well....Wish everyone all the best.Would definitely recommend other.Cheers!!
