Audio guide was nearly worthless - had very limited info about what was in actual museum. Museum itself is amazing but, not surprisingly, very crowded. The only reason I bought these tickets was because I had procrastinated. Next time, I plan to do a live tour.

Great visit to the Musee D’Orsay. Quick entry was appreciated. This is a fabulous museum if you love Impressionist Artists. The setting is magnificent.

The Musee D'Orsay is wonderful. I have mixed feelings about the ticker purchase. I bought through Trip Advisor but the.ticket is issued by Viator, Trip Advisor says you will get an instant ticket but you don't. Trip Advisor sends you a confirmation saying this is not your ticket. What??? About 15 minutes later your ticket comes from Viator. It was a long 15 minutes and the website says contact Trip Advisors customer service if it doesn't come.
I went on a Thursday afternoon about 4. The Musee is open late on Thursday and this is recommended as a not busy time. When I got there I could have walked up to the ticket counter and purchase a ticket for 1/3 the price of this guaranteed anytime ticket. If you can go at a slow time, this is not worth it.
Other reviews bash the audio, The Musee's audio is limited also. It only covers art pieces with a number on it. That is about two per room. The Musee's audio is 6 euros.

The audio your is a download, so you need your own headphones.. fabulous museum, but so so crowded. I am not sure if we could have walked up without these tickets ....it looked like there were lines to buy tickets.

Because we already had our tickets, we were able to walk right in, with no waiting in line! We could not use the audio portion, my mother didn’t have Bluetooth headphones. We purchased another audio tour with h headphones and hand held device for the museum tour.

The Musée D’Orsay is a fabulous decision any day. Our tickets enabled us to enter at door “C” and skip a large queue but the audio guide advertised is one you download on your phone not from the museum and it is limited to explanations on 20 works of art. The full audio from the museum is definitely a better choice.

Had missed our timed entry due to a late flight. Used this flex entry to go with friends at same time as their timed entry. Worked like a charm! Would do again to avoid any issues with timed entry on a travel day!

Museum was spectacular but I would have save alot of money buying at the Orsay. It was a weekday and the line was short. There was no guide, no group, we didn't do audio. So all I really paid for was skip the line although there was no line.

We bought the untimed advance tickets and had no trouble at all using them. The Door, Door C, where we went in, had no line when we were there, in the morning. We went straight to the 5th floor, to see the timeless Impressionists, and it was wonderful. I partcularly liked seeing the Van Goghs up close. The included audio tour is very limited, so it might be worthwhile to pay for the museum audio. But we spent a very happy 2.5 hours just exploring the 5th floor and the ground floor space itself, and then went to lunch around the corner at Cocorico and it was a perfect Paris morning.

queue. Loved it. The Musee d'Orsay was a very special place. The sculptures were breathtaking and somehow alive - portraying so much ancient history.
The paintings were truly gob smacking, coming from NZ. So many original paintings by the old masters - just divine!
I could have spent so much longer there!
