Casa Batilo is a truly fantastic experience. Gaudi did a truly amazing job of combining form and function. Every level of the house is an artistic masterpiece.

This did not go well using a ticket through trip advisor which is through Viator for Casa Batllo. I had the ticket emailed to me and loaded it to my wallet (iPhone). When I got to Casa Batllo and showed them the ticket, they asked what color. My ticket had no color and all tickets were either blue, silver, or gold. The color determined what you received far as the experience/ticket. They said they had no record of my ticket and looked at it as if they had never seen it before. I had to show them the purchase info and the email I received. I almost thought I was going to have to buy a new ticket from them and dispute this one. After standing there with 10 mins of inquiry, showing them different items related to the ticket purchase they went ahead and put me in the basic blue group. I was better off purchasing my ticket from the Casa Batllo website like I started to so I suggest you do the same to avoid this and the ticket I see was actually cheaper on Casa Batllo website than what I paid here. Kind of disappointed as this should have been an easy transaction. Once inside the place is amazing and a must see!!

The house is impressive but overpriced. It was pretty crowded at 10:15 am and seemed a bit rushed. Can't really take pictures as there are too many people. My final gripe is with the tour company that contracted with Viator and sold me tickets. I purchased tickets for the 9 am slot to tey and beat the crowds. I had a message as we were leaving that it was changed to 11 am. We reluctantly agreed and decided to go to another attraction in the meantime. As I was going to take a picture, I saw a message saying my tickets had been changed to 10:15!! I told them I didn't think we'd make it and they said they strongly advised we make it or lose out. We had to pay for a taxi to make it in time. It was extremely frustrating! Would not recommend.

It was so crowded I could not see a thing. It was a waste of money. I think I should get my money back as it was $100.

Easy to navigate your with audio to describe all elements of this beautiful building.
Plenty of photo opportunities, make sure you do not mind lots of stairs as several floors to climb

Amazing architecture. Well paced tour so it was not overly crowded in the spaces - you have time to stop and enjoy and take photos.
