We recently visited Barcelona. Pickup at BCN and transfer to our apartment in the city. The process was easy and the ride was smooth and uneventful. Our driver was pleasant.

Fantastic service from pickup to drop-off. We stayed in the Gothic District and this car service has access through the streets to drive us right to the front door of the hotel. Not all car services have this access, so you will have to drag your luggage through the streets. Driver was very friendly and professional.

Hassle free transfer. Our driver was waiting for us with a sign just outside baggage claim. It was a clean vehicle with plenty of room for our family of five and all the luggage. Easy and stress free way to get to Barcelona city!

This transfer was so helpful. The company was great at answering questions quickly and very helpful. I scheduled this vehicle for my partner who was meeting me and the drivers was there promptly and easy to spot. They also adjusted the transfer location upon pick up which was extremely helpful. Would 100% recommend!

Traveled to Barcelona for a couples trip and cruise with friends. I have used J&G Elegance several times in past and each time they are OUTSTANDING! Their drivers are professional, helpful, timely and patient in awaiting your arrival.
Our flight was delayed and our driver was there and waiting for us as promised! If in Barcelona use J&G and you will be very happy and have stress free travels.

After a long flight, it was so comforting to see a smiling face, holding my name, to take us to our final destination. The process to book the ride was easy. The cost made it a "no brainer," and the service was second to none.
I would highly recommend this airport transport. Its the perfect way to start or end your time in Barcelona!

The airport transfer to our Barcelona apartment was efficient and easy. The driver communicated with us, so it was easy to find him at the airport and the drive to the apartment was without incident. All good.

From the time we booked our transport until we left Barcelona, Remi and Angel were always answering questions and very accommodating. Remi was fast at replying to all my questions. We also scheduled a pick up to take us to Familia Sagarda and from our hotel to the port the next day. We scheduled our pick up from the airport giving us time to get through customs. However, it didn’t take as long as we thought and we were ready to go earlier than we had scheduled our pick up time. One call to Angel, our driver, and he was on the move and picked us up in the airport where we said we would be waiting. We had so much luggage but he was able to fit all of it and us in the van, took us to the hotel, and unloaded everything. He then came back a few hours later to take us to Familia Sagarda. He dropped us off and showed us where he would pick us up when we were ready. The place he picked us up at had a really nice gelato shop on the corner, which we really enjoyed. He picked us up when we were ready and then took us on a little tour of Barcelona before dropping us off again at our hotel. The next day he was there again, always on time, loaded all our luggage and took us to the port. Remi and Angel are very personable and did everything they could to make our transportation around the city smooth.
