When we arrived there was no driver. Received late cancellation so had to get a taxi. Not sure why the cancellation but supposedly got a refund. Will have to check upon return.

Driver was very helpful and patient as we had a walker and 5 people and lots of luggage…. He was waiting on us when we got through customs and we didn’t have any wait time

Was a wonderful car our kids were comfortable in it and we didn't face any problems driver honest very high service in Barcelona.

Alamo/Enterprise Rent a Car...Rented car at BCN airport. Had flat tire next morning in Hotel parking lot in Collioure France. No spare tire. BCN airport location would not answer phone. Could not leave message. Called road assistance number on card. They came within 2 hours but instead of changing tire put vehicle on truck and drove away. Left us stranded. After writing email to address on card we were informed that a rental car would be reserved for us at nearby city of Perpignan France for next day..OK Took a taxi to Perpignan (140 EUR) and picked up car. Kept car for remainder of rental period and returned to BCN airport. This rental was suppose to cost 214 EUR. They now want me to pay for tire damage, towing admin costs. etc. It clearly states in the agreement that the renter is not responsible for damage that he/she did not cause. They are also charging for a totally new car rental from Perpignan. Total is now over $800. They are trying to charge credit card. Battle is ongoing. Very poor service. If we hadnt sent email we would still be stranded in France.
