We booked the tour which should begin at 6.30am. Three of our friends booked after us. The evening before we received an email asking if we could change our booking to 2 days later and we said no and asked if it was still going ahead - they did not reply.
We did not go out the night before as we had to get up super early. I received an email 1 hour before the excursion was set to begin to say it had been cancelled as they had overbooked - our friends who booked after us had not been cancelled. It completely ruined our 2 days and the operators could not have cared less. Appalling service.
