Pick up was 45 minutes late. Extremely disorganised service and cramped onboard. It’s more of a minibus, it’s not luxury.

Ms. Luong helped me plan this trip. Her patience & persistence to make sure I understood the schedule was amazing.
Trip was faster on return to Hanoi than on going to Ninh Binh. I made my connecting transfer to the airport perfectly on time.

Very easy to book - even at last minute. Contact is either via the app but easier and quicker responses through WhatsApp. Any changes are accommodated and the fare includes pick up and drop off at your hotels near the destination. Good efficient service.

The limo van was very comfortable. There were 2 stops along the way. We then transferred to a private car who took us the rest of the way. It was very seamless.

We were collected at time already agreed upon and little bit before informed of vehicle coming. So just a short stop in each of places where other customers had to embark. Trip was smooth with more interesting scenery as we were approaching Ninh Binh. Had a stop for a while for refreshment.

This experience is a must! What a lovely small city as well as superb villages. I am so glad we (me-mom & my two teens) did this. The sights were amazing. There were some hiccups. The bus did not have onboard toilets as advertised, it stopped twice for breaks. The major problem was toilets were a fee at stops. Not much but when you get money at atm or exchange they don’t give you the small bills and it is 3k per person. they don’t have change at toilets. Made it very difficult, a warning ahead of time to bring many small bills (equivalent to their change) is needed. Additionally I wish I brought serious hiking shoes as my teva trekkers still slipped on our hike through Forrest as it was muddy and wet. Also bring bathing suit! Waterfall is great but didn’t know it was a swimming place. I did not feel prepared in advance with info for trip. That being said, the actual experience and sights were amazing. The family at homestay was great! Their dinner was perfect and the tour guide and homestay owner (woman) were so wonderful! I cannot say enough about them. I truly left a piece of my heart there and wish to come back one day!
