Dan was a great host, the staff could not have been more helpful. Food was incredible and 3 for 2 cocktails for the whole night was great. Rooms were spacious although you did not spend much time in them any way.

Not comparable to other 5 Star cruises on the Bay. I’d give it more like 3.5, maybe a 4 tops. The room was nice and the shower pressure was good. The lunch and brunch were delicious; however, the dinner was too Western style for our liking. The Vietnamese group had traditional fare but all others received Western fare. Also got drinks at happy hour (2 for 1) when the bill came they only comped one drink, we had to ask them to comp the other that was owed. Then my suitcase was taken by the large group. Luckily, between our booking agent Jenny and the Cruise Manager, their bus met ours and I got my bag back.m; however, communication was limited, not so much by language but by them not sharing information.

Great service! Clean room , good food and very warm and welcoming crews. Manager Dan is very attentive to the needs of the guests with his brother as our tour guide . I will definitely recommend Amanda Cruise to my friends.

Views and service were good. The room we stayed👎👎👎. We were the only 4 Singaporean Chinese and were allocated in the last 2 rooms at the back and very close to the engine room. Rooms stinks of engine oil and no light in the corridor. Must use handphone torchlight to find keyhole. Very bad experience.

I did a trip of three days and two nights with Amanda Cruise. Although they say they have five-star facilities and services, in reality they are only three-star. The ship is old and the equipment of the cabins is only three stars. The services, namely the cleaning of the cabin, the change of towels, daily water and fruit, are done only on request. The attitude of the crew is very good and the activities are those that other companies do and they are OK. At the asking price, you can find other newer cruise ships with similar or better equipment.

We booked a 2D1N cruise through our hotel in Hanoi and didn’t know what to expect due to the few reviews, but the experience was amazing. The boat and the trips was perfect and all of the crew members were always friendly, especially Dan made our trip memorable. The food was amazing with 2 buffet lunches, large breakfast and a 5 course dinner. Everything was perfect! We booked a Deluxe Cabin but when we arrived we had been upgraded to the Royal suite. We really couldn’t ask for a better cruise.
