Unfriendly crew totally not worth to ruin your vacation. They don’t stick to the plan, don’t give fresh water to rinse after the snorkel. Purposefully sailed very slow to kill time and miss the promised second snorkeling spot.

In early June 2024 we took a private 7 hour trip on 40 ft. Khaya with a group of friends. We were picked up at the dock in Playa Mujeres right next to the Beloved Hotel. Captain Tony, Jonathan and crew were absolutely amazing! We had the best day snorkeling, spending time at the sand bar off Isla Mujeres at Playa Norte and sailing to the other side of the island.
This is actually the second time we have booked through Cancun Sailing, a private day trip, and I truly cannot recommend this experience enough. The crew was professional and accommodated exactly how we wished to spend our 7 hours. As we were sailing and in the water they made sure to continue to check in and see if we needed anything, while keeping drinks full. We are still talking about how much fun we had - it was the highlight of our week trip in Mexico.
Should we find ourselves in the Cancun area again in the future, we will absolutely be booking again

This excursion was amazing! We went with a group of 13 including 5 kids ages 3-8 and everyone had a blast!! We first sailed off and went snorkeling, which was beautiful! The tour guide Yvette was the best!!!! She was fun and sociable and really made the experience amazing!! Then we went to isla mujeres and the beach there was the best I have seen in Cancun. The turquoise blue water was worth everything!

!!! GREAT CARE!!! If you want to ruin your vacation with 5-day diarrhea, this is the perfect excursion. After contacting the company just to make them understand that they should be careful with what they serve, I got no further response. Funny that when you want to sell, they are very attentive, but after the trip they don't respond to you anymore.
We bought the privilege experience package for Isla Mujeres. The boat and staff were impeccable. But this company loses all merit when it hands over its clients to third parties. The buffet on the island is very basic and on the way back there is a transfer that makes 6 stops at different hotels. A 30 minute trip back becomes an eternity. Almost 2 hours lost on the trip just to return to the hotel. This is nothing privilege. Already during the eternal return trip, I and my partner began to feel very bad. The stomach pains and chills began on a return to the hotel that had no end.
We did the excursion on the second day of our vacation and today, the fifth day, we are not taking advantage of anything from the hotel and due to constant diarrhea. We can't even leave the hotel and see anything like that.
I avoided buying cheap rides and it turned out worse. A privilege experience of diarrhea and ruined vacations
They should have more respect for people who work hard to enjoy their vacations in the best way. Without a doubt Cancun Sailing never again.

Gracie, was an amazing guide fun and enthusiastic.
However, there was some wrong information provided, not for sailing cancun but the agency who sold us the trip.

My 11 friends and I did the 4 hour private catamaran with stops for snorkeling and isla mujeres and had a blast and felt so safe and the staff truly were so attentive and always asking if there was anything we needed or wanted!

I would give the tour itself 5 out of 5. Oscar and his crew were fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure we had fun! They played great music, kept our cups full, and there was no shortage in entertainment!
The reason I gave a 3 was because of the company itself. The day we were supposed to leave, we waited and waited for the shuttle, only to discover that they had pushed the day back without our knowledge. The trip itself was also a bit long. They leave you at the island for longer than necessary in my opinion.
The last and most important thing to mention is that we left a tip when we booked the catamaran, appreciating the ability to do that in advance. We found out on board that the company keeps this money and does not give it to the crew. That is completely unacceptable. Oscar and his crew worked tirelessly to make the trip fun for us, and I could tell that they were very disappointed when we told them we had tipped them online. Keeping a tip left for the actual employees seems borderline illegal, and I hope that the company will learn to value their employees enough to compensate them appropriately.
