First off I would like to say that this brunch cruise has no grace period and leaves on the dot. I get it and totally understandable, but please hear my side of the story. We had planned a birthday brunch cruise for my bestie’s birthday celebration (mind you we group of friends 6 of us are a busy bunch and see each other only a few times a year). This was planned out a few months ago and so I was so excited especially hanging out with friends and no kids for a few hours is rare in my case. Well it came to the day of the brunch cruise 6/15/2024 at 11am. I leave my home close to 1.5 hours (9:40am) prior to boat departure because says about 45-50 minutes to get there and ETA when I first left my home was 10:30. Little did I know that the end of the 55 fwy was going to be dead stopped for almost 25-30 minutes. I notified my friends so they can notify the crew and captain. Well here I am panicking stuck in traffic ETA has escalated to now 11:01am and I am racing. I talked to my friends a few times and the last time before boat takes off I said I am pulling into parking lot and all I heard was the horn of the boat as I entered the parking. My friend let me know that the captain said if he sees me physically running out of my car he would turn boat around but at that point the 1 minute gave me so much anxiety I just could not catch my breath! I gave up and cried. The fact that the captain knew I was right there I felt like he was mocking me some kind of way or who knows maybe he was having a bad day. Anyways I honestly don’t like writing negative reviews but this one hit my soul because it wasn’t the monetary part I was upset about it was just the entire experience that I will never get to do with my friends :(

Went on a Sunday brunch with family. Ship was nice and clean, had good food choices, great unlimited champagne/mimosas, attentive servers, upper deck had nice furniture setup. We also had wonderful entertainment, one-man playing sax.

We had an absolutely spectacular brunch. An extraordinary variety, impeccable service, cleanliness and attention cannot be matched. Very kind and attentive to me as I am disabled and they helped me a lot. I will return from a thousand loves in a short time. I have rarely had such a good brunch. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Felt welcomed and well helped catered to by the crew. The live music player was a nice touch during lunch (the buffet was really good!), BUT, after lunch, it would have been nice to have a DJ playing a selection of top40 danceable music.

Great Girls trip brunch, was a little cold due to the weather that weekend. Food and drinks was amazing...would definitely do it again!!!

Awesome experience!! Great food! Had a great time! Highly recommend! Staff was amazing! My girlfriend started crying saying "This is a Happy Moment" The views are a sight to see!
