This is a complete waste of money! Do not bother. We bought a day pass (which is only valid till 4pm). The audio guide did not work and the city sights were actually walkable.

i got to see a lot of great places. however, the buses did not keep on schedule. waited 40 minutes for one. at another stop, we saw the bus drive by the stop 5 minutes early. the audio guide was very glitchy. there wasn't bottled water as indicated on the ticket. there was a huge jug of water and we were given cups if we wanted. also i didn't like that the buses were not all the same color so was sometimes hard to determine if it was the right bus

I've had the pleasure of travelling on the Hop on Hop off bus's in several overseas cities. My partner and I decided to do a tour on our last day in Ho Chi Minn, what a mistake. The day before when making an inquiry about fares we were told 130,000VDN and that the bus's run every 30 minutes. When purchasing our ticket the day we were charged 300,000VDN each. No bus for 1.5 hrs which left us standing in the heat. When spoken to the ticket attendant just shrugged her shoulders. When the bus finally did arrive we sat around for another 30 minutes before the driver departed taking half an hour off our 4 hour ticket. Very poor service, this company needs to learn about customer service and provide the service you advertise. My advice is to use another tour operator.

Took the 4 hour ride through Ho Chi Minh. Great way to see the city. It is extremely hot this time of year so we stayed in the air conditioned part of the bus.
Felt rushed at the stops but probably because we didn’t buy the 24 hour tickets.
The street vendors at the first stop where we got on were extremely aggressive! Maybe the bus company can shield their customers a little better.

After an error with the ticketing we found ourselves on the 1 hr no stop ride. We had asked for the hop on hop off option. Refused to allow us to “upgrade” our ticket to the required one instead saying we had to stay on the bus for an hour - wasting time we didn’t have - return to the starting point then buy another ticket! We gave up and caught Grab taxis. Very frustrating. They lost money, we lost ours.

As usual these tours are always a great way to see a city. Only issue is the heat at this time of the year and that held us from top deck outdoors viewing.

Very little communication. Dropped us off at closed museum and left. Had to wait for 30 mins for bus to return
Then missed the skyway stop and told to walk back

An excellent service. We did both Night and 4 hour Day tour. Sadly only one complaint. A man today at Opera house stop screamed at me for opening the drink fridge to see what drinks were for sale. He screamed numerous times. Not very polite at all. How was i to know he was screaming at me from the bus door. He was not the driver or the female guide. Very very rude. Sadly spoilt the day trip.
