While the experience was nice, it could have been better.
The resort where the spa is located was beautiful with lots of greenery. The massage was good and so was the scrub and the flower bath.
However, there are a few details that must be improved. Someone kept walking in and chatting with the masseuses which was annoying. Also, we had our flower bath in the massage room, behind a curtain. While we were there, the staff was already preparing the room for the next massage and chatting. We were hoping for a more relaxing and peaceful time.

The services were great and the vibe of the Spa was exactly what we needed. Also really enjoyed the availability of pickup/return service.

This is my first time to do the balinese massage. Really relaxing and good service. the most unforgettable thing is the unique fragrance that is synonymous with Bali. Really like it
