We're big fans of Mangwon market because most of the vendors are second-generation, meaning they've really upped their game.
Markets aren't just about cheap street food anymore. Nope, they're also home to some of Korea's most sought-after treats, like Hanwoo beef. Even old-school tofu have had a gourmet makeover and can now hold their own alongside other delicious delights. You've gotta try 'em all!
And to wrap up, we're hitting up our favorite Korean Fried Chicken joint! (beer involved :)

Jay was an amazing tour guide who went the extra mile to create an unforgettable experience for us! Sam’s food tour at Mangwon Market was excellent. He curated the best food stalls and we tried some great bites throughout the market with interesting personal stories and some tidbits on the neighborhood and city as well. Tried raw Hanwoo for the first time and it was really amazing, thanks Sam! Really recommend everyone visiting Seoul to give this a try.

Excellent food tour ! Sam is a very friendly host. He guided us through different stand and made us discover his delicious daily food and amazing merchant. Quite different than the other food tour we tried, fun, authentic and high quality products.
We highly recommend this tour, you won't be disappointed.
