Maps won't work properly. Took me almost 1 hour to figure out the map. Navigation was not great. Poor UI. Not able to complete the tour due to bad interface.

We were unable to get Wi-Fi, so unable to access the guide at all only the first five minutes of the tour was accessible, very disappointed

App is not mature, bad, very confusing, so I lost half my day of vacation, because I always thought that I was doing something wrong or did not understand something! But the reality was that this app was probably the production of a hobby beginner …because I wish him/her many successes in future professional career regarding app development.

The idea for the tour is great and the commentaries are really good. We downloaded and started the app before heading off, but it doesn’t sync with Google Maps and didn’t work through Apple CarPlay. There were also a few gaps and delays in the directions given. As a result, the passenger often had read out the directions to the driver. That said it was value for money for the price and we had a really enjoyable day with it.

Celebrity homes are mostly hidden from the public’s view for privacy. You may be in front of Beyoncé home but you can’t see much.

This tour was excellent and I would absolutely recommend it. Clear, easy to follow, excellent and fun celebrity homes included. Be prepared for some tight twists and turns.

Mostly toured celebrities homes, but also Mulholland Drive and the Hollywood sign.
Not sure about the bad reviews I saw, but this was a great experience for me and my family. So much more than two other tour busses I had previously taken.
I experienced no problems with the app. My only suggestion would be for the app developer not to cover up the map when it plays one of the audio segments about a house or location

As you understand how it works it’s a very nice tour.
Needs sometimes a look on the map as not all intersections are clearly announced and for the driver it would good to know in a brief advance , when approaching the next attraction.
But all in all very nice.

amazing experience, app was really easy to follow and if you went off track was easy to get back on the line to follow and the guide automatically talks at each point.
