The tour it self was good. My only complaint was they never sent me the link and password to actually get the tour only my ticket which does no good with out the link and the password. Had to call twice to get the email with the right information. The first guy was rude and very unhelpful. The lady I got the second time was very helpful. She waited until I got the email and password and made sure it worked before she hung up.

We were unable to connect so it was a total waste of money!! Maybe you charge when people get and use the service!! TripAdvisor wouldn't even let me sign in but had no problem charging me!!

This guide was awesome! It took us to so many amazing places and the stories in between stops were cool to hear. Definitely recommend if you are exploring on your own!

The Road to Hana guidance was spot on. We leaned a bit about Hawaiian history and stopped at most of the recommended stops. The app was easy to load, esp. for a technology challenged person like myself. Highly recommended.

Nice audio on the ride. However, should have mentioned road is closed and ONLY way out is returning through the entire trip. Restaurant owner said road out the other way has been closed for a long time. 😢

The audio guide was nice. It took us to different sites. My favorite was the lava tube. There were a lot of amazing waterfalls and beautiful views.
The drive is for a skilled driver, as it is on a very narrow road on a hill.
There are very few bathrooms along the way. You will lose cell service. Most importantly, there is no Finale. The road to Hana ends at a cute historical park- nothing amazing to see. Then (when we went) the road was closed off. We had to turn around and ride the WHOLE road back.

I was under the impression that I could use it anytime more than once. In reality I was not able to use it when I wanted. There was a time from 7-11:30am that was only to be used. It didn’t state that at all what so ever. It ruined my vacation because it didn’t allow me to do the audio tour.

We loved hearing about the history of Hawaii, and this app was really easy to use.
It made the long drive so much more enjoyable. The advanced notice for parking areas was especially helpful
