My husband and I got to what we thought was meeting spot with our couples who were confused as well and another tour company pointed us to a wood shack building where a guy said no it was closing. Finally another guy showed up and hurried us to gondolas where we lost our friend who we paid for to go with us and couldn’t direct him to the right spot so we had to leave without him. During ride the tour guide mentioned 2 places describing them in 7 words or less. He also scraped his boat and other guides were yelling. This was not the experience we imagined. The ride was so bad that we didn’t even bother to wait for the walking tour…don’t waste your money.

Tour was great and the Gondola ride was well organized. It was a little hard to find the meeting spot and that's just Venice! Recommend this experience.

The shared gondola was a wonderful experience. The only recommendation would be to walk to the gondolas in smaller groups...it felt a little disorganized. The walking tour was clear and the guide was great with the stories. I would however recommend walking a little slower and extending the tour by 1/2 hour. The pace made it difficult for some people to keep up.
However, everything started on time and facilitators and guides were professional and friendly.

The best thing about this experience is the gondola ride. Not that there's anything special necessarily about the gondola ride that you wouldn't otherwise get from off the street, but it's a bit cheaper and you get to launch close to a lot of the most scenic views in Venice, as well as the grand canal.
The haunted tour was not the best. It started a half-hour late as one of the tour guides didn't arrive. Although you get a good walk through the city, the stories aren't the most thrilling. It's also a bit long (we ultimately didn't get done until a bit before 10:00). I

The Gondola ride is nice and the Ghosts and Legends tour is nice as well. The only reason why I am rating it with 4 stars is that it is best if you take them separately. Gondola rides start at 6:30 -7:30(depending on when your turn comes) and last around 30min. Then you end up waiting for the Ghosts and Legends tour to start for maybe 1 hour more. Hence - it is best to get them as separate tours.
