They did not pick us up. We called 3 times. Finally we were told trip advisor/Viator did not pay them. We request a refund. Do not trust this company.

I was welcomed with a very helpful driver who picked up my luggage and picked me up with a big new Mercedes van. I travelled from casablanca to fes and had a very happy experience,
The driver speaks excellent English and us very friendly.
This company is very trusted and I this is the second time I have used them.
