Dreadful journey. The driver drove far too fast for the road, and for the size of car (7-seater), and was constantly accelerating and decelerating and pitching everyone sideways at all of the hairpin bends. Despite being dosed with travel-sickness pills, one of our children vomited on himself and the corner of the seat - when we stopped to clean up, the driver didn't ask about the child's wellbeing; only said "You'll have to pay a fee". When we got to the airport, he demanded €150 cash and put pressure on us to pay on the spot to avoid a higher fee, while also being reluctant to provide a receipt. Thankfully, the agency that we booked through (Connecto) answered our telephone call immediately and helped us to negotiate down to a more reasonable €50 for the trouble caused. Last year we made the same journey with another company and the driver was super-considerate; this year was a very different experience.
