The crew was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend. We even saw dolphins by our boat. We did the open bar and it was worth it! Great sunset views!

The entertainment and bartender were fantastic. The sunset was a surprise along with a double rainbow. The guys were all great! Wonderful memories!

This company and experience has been an absolute nightmare!! After paying 160 dollars for a couple hour sailing experience, me and my girlfriend weren't able to enjoy any of it. Immediately after leaving the dock, the entire boat of guests questioned the captain about a dark storm moving directly towards us. Ensuring everyone that it would be fine, he preceded to put the sails up and continue on. Withen 10 minutes, wind had started to overtake the boat. The crew dropped the sails and musician had to pack all his belongings away. The crew then almost immediately packed the appetizers away in preparation of bad weather. The captain ran on engines full speed running from the storm for the entirety of the trip. The waves and swells were very dangerous and the company acted in a severly irresponsible way both before, during and after the trip. The boat rocked so bad and the swells were able the stern of three boat. Afraid to cancel and lose the money/ buisness, the crew put everyone's lives at risk. Scared for our saftey and severly sea sick, we were not able to drink nor stand for that matter. The pouring rain kept everyone under the canapy and the crew blasted the music to deafening levels to distract everyone from the current dangerous situation. After calling and merly asking for a refund given the terrable situation, the manager Liliana told me she could not refund because it was booked third party. After spending another hour on the phone with Viator/ Trip advisor, all they needed was confirmation that they could issue the refund. Liliana had instructed Sarah at the desk to not issue the refund after they had me call. I called a total of four times after being told i would get a call back and being pushed around on the phone. This company is irresponsible, plays games and cannot be trusted. I will never use any of there services and will be sure family and friends don't either. An absolute disgrace in the poor behavior and customer service of "Sunset Watersports."

The appetizers were sensational. The music was great. The drinks were amazing. Overall a great way to celebrate our summer family vacation

The sunset cruise was perfect for couples. The live music was wonderful. There were 3 decks to stand and sit on. The food was more plentiful and varied than I expected: different veggies with dip and hummus, meatballs, Caribbean-style chicken, rolls, and 2 different cheeses. We got a complimentary rum drink at the beginning and then you could go to the bar to get other drinks that were included at no-extra cost. They came around twice with pitchers of the rum punch as we were sailing too. The captain and crew were wonderful. The captain even gave me an overview of how he uses GPS. We have a great view of the sunset too. I would highly recommend. It was one of the main highlights of our 3 day trip to Key West!

Loved the live music and frozen beverages. It was smooth sailing and not jerking you around like a lot of the boat rides you book.
