Ramona provided an excellent tour of the palace. Far superior than just using an audio guide. She was very knowledgeable about the palace, the royal family history, and the significance of each room.

Our tour guide, Oksana, was excellent! She was very knowledgeable about the history of the palace grounds and its use through time. The 2 hour tour was a perfect amount of time to spend there.

Maria is a great guide. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We received no skip the line passes, not Maria’s fault I guess. The gardens are free so you don’t need a guide at all. Ever! Didn’t get to see the inside of the palace because we didn’t have skip the lines tickets. Not well explained nor realistic.

We were thrilled to have a private guide through the palace. Ute was as great. She answered our questions and was so informative and painted a picture of the family background and their lives at the palace. The Christmas market at the front of the palace was a nice spot as well.

The palace is breath taking !! The history is well preserved and Alive ! Our tour guide, Romona, was very knowledge, accommodating, and caring. She knows the history very well. If you’re looking for a thorough history of the palace, Romana is The best! Thank you

Our tour Guide Jennifer was excellent. She was just lovely and knew so many amazing facts and interesting stories. We booked very last minute and we’re not sure what to expect. We were impressed and had a wonderful afternoon with her. Highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to book!
