The issue was not the driver.our plane was late getting into London. We missed flt to Edinburgh. When we got rescheduled we calked Viator and they refused to help saying the driver had been dispatched and therefore, tough luck, we lost our reservation and NO refund, we are on our own to get transport that had been booked with Viator.

I booked two transfers. One for airport to hotel and vise versa for one week later. The ride from the airport was fine except the driver was late so we waited around for a while. Also, the pickup location at the airport was different than the instructions stated. I only found this out when confirming a day earlier. Starbucks is NOT the pickup location any longer fyi.
For the second ride arranged from hotel to airport, they sent a standard city CAB. Not the larger van that I had pre paid EXTRA for in the booking. Nothing different than cabs I had been using all week to get around in. This turned out to be the most expensive cab ride of my life since it was already paid for.
Be aware that a basic ride booked will be in a sedan. If a larger vehicle is required, a hefty additional fee is charged and must be pre paid to reserve it. During the booking process for both trips to and from the same locations, I found the payments for the larger vehicles was different between trips. When I inquired why, I was told the same vehicle was not available for both trips. Only a much larger one than what we needed was. So I had to cough up more $ because of this.
When you're travelling with a senior that has mobility issues, there are not a lot options available. I thought this ride service would come through when I needed extra space and comfort. They failed and I will be seeking a refund shortly. I would advise Viator to drop this ride service company and find another.

Our driver was excellent. Very patient, friendly and welcoming as we entered a new country. He gave us a bit of a tour of the city, pointing out sites as we drive to our destination.

The driver was punctual and friendly. The van was clean and comfortable. He assisted with our luggage, was personable and willing to hold a conversation with us on the way to the airport.

Clients were bumped off of flight for an Oversell situation. They were rebooked for a later flight. Driver was advised and given there phone number to help out with the updated times however reported them as a no show to the corporate office so he was able to get paid. Refused to contact client directly in country. Then office would not contact Viator to help with situation.

Excellent service, driver was waiting for us at the Airport. Was nice after a long flight to have the driver there and not have to take a shuttle. Good tips on places to go to. Would use the service again.
